We want you to absolutely love your MAOLA purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below.
Return window
You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- With original tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-returnable items

- Gift cards
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
